En general el análisis económico se hace para conocer la estabilidad de la economía del país donde invertirás. Esto te dirá si la población de ese país tendrá ingresos suficientes para pagar tus servicios, si existen créditos disponibles o si las tasas de ahorro son más altas que las de inversión y por ello te conviene más ahorrar que crear nuevos negocios.
El INGRESO real que tienen las familias para gastar en un producto dependerá de factores como el ingreso promedio que tienen las familias, el nivel de DEUDA que tienen, su nivel de AHORRO y la posibilidad para conseguir CRÉDITO. Entre más costoso es el producto y/o servicio que se desea vender, es más importante que la población de un país tenga dinero disponible para gastar en él.
La DISTRIBUCIÓN del ingreso también es muy importante, ya que esto te ayudará a definir distintos segmentos de mercado, que serviran para crear estrategias de mercadotecnia que se adapten a los precios que la población tiene la capacidad de pagar. Por ejemplo: Cinemex tiene muchas salas a lo largo de la República Mexicana, pero tiene un precio diferente para un boleto en el cine de Santa Fe (estrato alto) que en Iztapalapa (estrato bajo).
Hay otros factores económicos que también ayudan a entender la situación de un país. Como el PIB o indicadores de crecimiento, los cuales al incrementarse, son favorables para el país y para las empresas que tienen negocios dentro de él. En cambio, existen otros factores como la INFLACIÓN, que es el aumento de los precios y por consiguiente también de los costos, la cual, entre más baja sea, ayudara a que se obtenga mayor ganancia respeto a las tasas de interés (ahorro e inversión). Generalmente un país en crisis económica tiene altos niveles de inflación, lo que provoca encarecimiento, escases y, con el tiempo, que los bancos no tengan el dinero disponible para los consumidores hasta que se estabilice la economía, evitando que sea un país atractivo para invertir.
Las TASAS DE INTERÉS son de los factores más importantes a los que se les debe prestar atención constantemente. Las tasas de interés afectan: cuánto cobrarán los créditos y seguros, cuánto dinero darán las inversiones en acciones y/o bonos, cuánto dejará de ganancia dejar el dinero depositado en el banco, en vez de invertirlo. Porque no siempre conviene invertir, ya que el gobierno puede crear estrategias que motiven a la población al ahorro. Esto puede suceder, porque necesita reducir la cantidad de dinero que hay en la calle, entonces sube la tasa de interés de ahorro, y al ser más alta que el interés que se puede conseguir al invertir en un negocio, las familias prefieren ahorrar. Es importante saber esto tanto para tus créditos, ahorros e inversiones como para entender por qué los consumidores tienen más o menos dinero disponible para gastar.
